INGREDIENTS
2 cups of Red Rice, cook according to the instructions on the package
 1 stalk of Ginger Flower, slice the bud
 Lemongrass, crushed
 Shallots
 Lime Leaves
 Lime water
 Salt and Pepper
 Gluten-free Soy Sauce
 Olive Oil for cooking
DIRECTIONS
 Cook red rice, and let it cool.
 Heat oil in a wok. Add ginger flower and the rest of the herbs, stir until fragrant.
 Transfer the cooked red rice into the wok. Add a moderate amount of soy sauce.
 Stir evenly.
 Serve with other dish of your choice if preferred
 (we paired this with Galangal Chicken).
