Apple Oats Dessert

A great option if you need to serve a relatively healthy dessert in the shortest time possible! Make sure to gently scrub the apples to remove the chemical layer under running water before use.

Ingredients:

Apples, 4 pcs, sliced with skin on (option to add Strawberries / Blueberries, too)

Organic Oats of your choice, 1 cup
Organic Unbleached Flour, 1/2 cup
Coconut Sugar, 2 tbsp
Organic Baking Powder, 2 tsp

Full Cream Milk, 3/4 cup
Organic Maple Syrup, 2 tbsp
Virgin Coconut Oil, 2 tbsp

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, blending lightly. Mix the liquid ingredients in another bowl.
Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients bowl.
Pour the mix into a cast iron pan slowly until it covers the base evenly.
Arrange apple slices on top of the mix. Sprinkle raisins and a dash of maple syrup. Bake for 20 minutes. Check for texture, add 5 more minutes if preferred.
