Dian Le holds a Practitioner Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy (PDCH). She is a Full Member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (MBSCH). Also a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, upon request she incorporates Food and Nutrition in supporting her clients well-being journey. She completed a 200-Hour teaching certification in Integrative Yoga, where she learned Meditation and Mindfulness, Breathing Techniques, and Scaravelli Spinal Yoga to energize the body and still the mind. Her 15 years of corporate experience enriches her practice in supporting the well-being of busy professionals. About Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a gentle, time-tested, evidence-based tool whose efficacy was documented in numerous scientific journals. Many mental-health professionals utilize this modality to aid well-being and the healing process.
The hypnoidal state is a natural state of rest we experience daily. It is a state between sleep and awake, where focus and concentration are enhanced.
In such a state, our conscious mind takes a back seat, opening the way for our unconscious mind to receive and absorb positive suggestions. Our unconscious mind is the home of our long-term memory and experiences, and the vault of our true potential, creativity, and inner wisdom.
In hypnotherapy, a certified therapist will guide you into a deeply relaxed state and gently guide you into a pleasant journey through your inner world to address your objectives and aspirations. These will be agreed upon with you before the session.
Please note that hypnotherapy should be conducted by a trained, certified practitioner, preferably a registered member of a well-recognized hypnosis association.
