Infuse flavour to your chicken by sautéing them with onion before roasting!
Ingredients:
Chicken Chop, 4 pcs
Onion, 1/2, sliced
Garlic, 8 cloves, spare a few for roasting, chop the rest
Coriander Powder
Cumin Powder
Black Pepper
Salt and Pepper
Olive Oil
Honey, 2 tbsp
Fresh Dill
Cherry Tomatoes
Directions:
Pre-heat oven at 200°C/400°F.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, coriander, a bit of cumin.
Preheat olive oil, sauté onion and garlic.
Add chicken to pan. Cook on both sides until almost done.
Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Arrange, drizzle with oil from pan.
Sprinkle oregano.
Drizzle honey, arrange dill and cherry tomatoes.
Roast for 30 minutes.
