A quick dinner fix for hungry teens, especially if you have your own dinner plan outside. 10 mins prep, set your oven timer for 25 mins – there, you have time to put on some make up!
INGREDIENTS
Salmon Fillet, 200-250 gr
French Beans, a handful
Bell Pepper, 1
Garlic, 3 cloves, chopped
Cheddar Cheese, 1 slice, optional
Honey, 1 tbsp
Butter, 2 tbsp
Lemon Slice
Sea Salt and Pepper
DIRECTIONS
Pre-heat oven at 185°C/365°C. Lightly coat your baking dish with olive oil.
Place salmon fillet in the center, squeeze lemon, arrange veggies around it.
Sprinkle garlic bits, salt and pepper, then glaze butter and drizzle honey all-over.
Top with a slice of cheddar cheese if preferred.
Bake at 185°C for 25 mins.
