INGREDIENTS
French Beans, trim edges
Garlic, 6-8 cloves, roughly chopped
Butter, 1-2 tbsp
DIRECTIONS
Wash and trim green beans.
Chop garlic, leaving a few cloves whole.
Melt butter, sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes only (garlic turns brown quickly).
Add french beans, sauté on both sides. Serve.
