This is just the time to eat greens more than ever…and have fun with it. Loaded with mushrooms, this simple stir-fry dish can help support your immune system.
INGREDIENTS
Broccoli Florets, 1 large bunch
Shimeji Mushrooms, a bunch
Garlic Cloves, 5-6
Big Red Chili, 1-2, sliced
Coconut Oil, 2 tbsp
For sauce:
Gluten-free Soy Sauce, 1/4 cup
Coconut Sugar, 1 tsp
Corn Starch, 2 tbsp
Salt and Pepper
DIRECTIONS
Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl. Stir to make sure flour is blended well.
Pre-heat oil, stir-fry broccoli and mushrooms for a few minutes until mushrooms are cooked.
Add garlic and chili, stir until garlic is fragrant.
Pour sauce mix into pan. Stir well, serve.
