This recipe actually makes 8 breakfast patties that you can freeze and reheat on busy mornings.
INGREDIENTS
Lean Ground Beef, 500 gr
Egg, 2, whip lightly with fork
Yellow Onion, 1/2, diced
Oregano
Coriander Powder
Corn Flour
Brown Sugar, 1/2 tbsp, optional
Salt and Pepper

DIRECTIONS
Place lean ground beef in a bowl. Pre-heat oven to 180°C/360°F.
In another bowl, mix whipped eggs with corn flour, diced onion, oregano,
coriander, brown sugar and salt and pepper.
Carefully pour mixture into bowl of ground beef.
Mix well with your hands, gently forming patties (you may get 8-10 medium-sized patties).
Bake for 30-35 minutes. Check for doneness, extend shortly if needed.
Serve it with breakfast buns, mashed potatoes or just your preferred homemade sauce and roasted vegs.
